1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out conduct that is prohibited when accessing or using BroadcastMediaInc.com and the Services of Broadcast Media Inc ("Broadcast Media"). It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Services you agree to this AUP.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.
- Post, transmit or facilitate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene or otherwise objectionable content.
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual-property or proprietary right.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, spam, chain letters or any other form of solicitation, including via our contact form.
- Collect or harvest information about other users without authorisation.
3. Security and integrity violations
You must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Services or any connected system or network. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of any system or network without authorisation.
- Breaching, circumventing or defeating any security or authentication measure.
- Accessing data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to access.
- Introducing viruses, worms, malware or any other harmful or disruptive code.
- Interfering with service to any user, host or network, including through denial-of-service attacks, flooding or overloading.
- Using bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load.
4. Content standards
Any material you submit through the Services must be accurate (where it states facts), genuinely held (where it states opinions), and compliant with applicable law. It must not be defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or designed to deceive.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating access, and reporting activity to law-enforcement authorities. We are not obligated to monitor use of the Services but may do so.
