Privacy Policy

What personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Broadcast Media Inc ("Broadcast Media", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you visit BroadcastMediaInc.com, contact us, or engage our design, development and marketing services (together, the "Services").

We are committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), to the extent they apply to you.

By using the Services you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

Broadcast Media Inc is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at connect@broadcastmediainc.com, by phone at 1 877 634 4111, or by mail at 1712 Pioneer Ave., Ste 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form or otherwise correspond with us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your first and last name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you give us your mobile or phone number, or opt in to receive text messages, we collect that number and your consent. If you become a client, we may also collect billing details, project materials and other information needed to deliver the Services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit BroadcastMediaInc.com, our hosting provider and we may automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed and the dates/times of access. This data helps us operate, secure and improve the site.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Information we do not intentionally collect

We do not ask for special-category data (such as health, biometric or political data) and ask that you not send it to us through the contact form. We do not knowingly collect data from children — see "Children’s privacy" below.

4. How we use your information

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or quotes you request.
  • To deliver, maintain and administer the Services and any project we undertake for you.
  • To operate, secure, debug and improve BroadcastMediaInc.com.
  • To send administrative or service-related communications (for example, replies to your message or project updates).
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical issues.
  • To comply with our legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — where you have given clear consent, such as submitting an enquiry through our contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Contract — where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into, or to perform, a contract with you.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and secure our site, understand how it is used, and grow our business, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law (for example, tax or accounting requirements).

6. Third-party services and processors

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to deliver the Services. Each processes data only as needed and under its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Web3Forms — processes contact-form submissions and relays them to our inbox. Your message contents pass through Web3Forms when you submit the form.
  • Google Fonts — our pages load typefaces from Google’s font service, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
  • Our static hosting / CDN provider — serves the website and may log standard technical request data for delivery, security and performance.

We do not authorise these providers to use your personal data for their own marketing.

7. How we share information

We disclose personal data only in these limited circumstances:

  • With service providers and processors who help us run the Services, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
  • To comply with the law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request.
  • To enforce our agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of Broadcast Media, our clients or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honour this Policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

8. Mobile information and SMS messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we use that number to send the messages you requested, as described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the messaging providers and aggregators that help us deliver the texts you signed up for, and only as needed to provide that service.

9. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. You may request more information about these safeguards using the contact details below.

10. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Contact-form enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Client records are retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterward.

11. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your privacy rights

EEA / UK residents (GDPR)

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to and deletion of that information; to correct inaccurate information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

How to exercise your rights

To make a request, email us at connect@broadcastmediainc.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT, our site does not currently respond to such signals. We do limit tracking to what is described in our Cookie Policy.

14. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for a general, adult business audience and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

17. Contact us
