SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

How our text-messaging program works, including consent, frequency, charges, and how to opt out.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Program description

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Messaging Terms") govern the text-messaging program (the "Program") operated by Broadcast Media Inc ("Broadcast Media", "we", "us" or "our"). When you opt in to the Program, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS text messages from or on behalf of Broadcast Media at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include project updates, appointment or consultation reminders, account or service notifications, responses to your enquiries, and occasional information about our Services.

2. Consent and how to opt in

You opt in to the Program by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages — for example, by submitting a form where you check a consent box, or by texting a keyword to us. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorised user of the mobile number provided.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still contact us by phone or email without joining the Program.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. By opting in, you agree that we may send recurring messages related to the purpose for which you signed up.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier’s standard rates for messaging and data will apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging or data plan.

5. Opting out — text STOP

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will no longer send you text messages, unless you opt in again. You may also reply with UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT, where supported.

6. Getting help — text HELP

For help or more information about the Program, text HELP to the number from which you received our messages, or contact us at connect@broadcastmediainc.com or 1 877 634 4111.

7. Supported carriers and delivery

The Program may be supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside our control. T-Mobile and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and the subscriber or authorised user of the mobile number, to enrol in the Program. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

9. Your privacy

We respect your privacy and handle the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers that help us deliver the messaging service, and only as needed for that purpose.

10. Changes to these Messaging Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the revised "Last updated" date shown above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Messaging Terms.
